Meet & Greet
We would love for you to join us for a relaxed Meet & Greet in the gardens of the Hotel de La Cite as we kick off the wedding weekend.
Please stop by any time between 6:00pm and 8:00pm to say hello, meet fellow guests, and enjoy drinks and light fare with us before the festivities officially begin.
Come as you are, stay for as long as you'd like, and help us start the weekend together!

Wedding Day Timeline
Below is a general overview of the wedding day schedule so guests can begin planning accordingly.
Please note: We are still awaiting final confirmation of the exact bus pickup and shuttle departure times. The times listed for transportation are currently approximate and may be adjusted slightly. We will update this page as soon as the final transportation schedule is confirmed.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception times listed below reflect the planned schedule for the day.
General Bus Pickup Information
Approximate Pickup Time:
The bus will arrive at 2:00pm for pickup.
Pickup Location:
Wooden Platforms outside the Cité de Carcassonne

Important Information:
- This pickup location is for all wedding guests staying in Carcassonne who require transportation for the day, including guests staying at Hôtel Mercure, Hôtel Donjon, Hôtel Montmorency, and other nearby hotels.
- If you are staying elsewhere and would like to drive to the pickup point, there is paid public parking available nearby. You may park in the area and take the wedding bus from there.
- The buses will be waiting at the wooden platforms just outside the main entrance to the Cité de Carcassonne.
- Look for buses displaying a sign that reads “WEDDING JOSÉ & STEPHANIE.”
- Hôtel Pont Levis is located directly across from the pickup area and can be used as an easy landmark. Please refer to the Bus Pickup Location Map below for the exact meeting point.
- Upon arrival in Montréal, there will be a short walk of less than five minutes from the bus drop-off point to the church. Due to the size of the buses and the narrow streets surrounding the church, they cannot drop guests directly at the entrance.

Church Ceremony
Time:
3:00 PM
Important Information:
- Guests using wedding transportation will be dropped off nearby and will have a short walk of less than five minutes to the church.
- Guests who choose to drive themselves should be aware that parking in the village and around the church is limited. We recommend allowing additional time to find parking and walk to the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
Time:
5:00 PM–7:00 PM
Important Information:
- Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy cocktails, drinks, and light fare at Château de Pennautier.
- This will be a relaxed time to mingle, explore the grounds, and settle in before dinner and the evening festivities begin.
Reception
Time:
Approximately 7:00 PM
Important Information:
- At approximately 7:00 PM, guests will be invited to begin taking their seats for the reception.
- Dinner service will begin shortly thereafter, followed by the evening’s celebrations.
End of the Evening & Return Shuttles
Return transportation will be provided from Château de Pennautier to Carcassonne at the end of the evening.
Anticipated Shuttle Times:
Approximately 12:30 AM, 1:30 AM, and 2:15 AM
Important Information:
- The exact return shuttle schedule is still being finalized with the transportation company.
- The 2:15 AM shuttle is currently expected to be the final departure of the evening.
- All return shuttles will make their final stop at the wooden platforms outside the Cité de Carcassonne, the same location used for the original wedding bus pickup.
- Guests are encouraged to plan their departure accordingly, particularly those intending to take the final shuttle.
